About Me

Timothy is a Partner at the firm with a broad commercial practice and thorough grounding in Employment law, Banking and Finance and general commercial dispute work. In the area of Banking and Finance, Timothy has been involved in advisory and litigation for some of the major banks and financial institutions in Uganda handling matters ranging from general commercial disputes to corporate recovery.

Timothy has also advised high-level corporate clients on complex Employment Law related matters and his expertise and advisory work is geared towards avoiding litigation and settling disputes at the earliest possible stage. He also advises on policy, procedure and best practice in relation to compliance, occupational health and safety, workman’s compensation and restructuring heading our Occupational Safety, Health and Accident (OSHA) practice where he has advised clients on policy, procedure and best practice in relation to regulatory compliance in OSHA matters, Workman’s Compensation and Restructuring.

Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice – Law Development Centre Advocate of the High Court of Uganda as well as all superior and subsisting Courts.

Lecturer of Company Law and Evidence Law.

Member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
