Malcolm, who is a senior and founding partner in the firm, is a proficient, versatile and results-driven professional with a proven track record in legal, corporate and regulatory advisory services as a full-service lawyer. Malcolm has been outfitted with versatility in various aspects of legal practice including International and Regional Law, Labour and Industrial Relations Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Banking and Construction Law, Intellectual Property Law, Environmental Law and Policy as well as Conveyancing in Land Transactions. Malcolm is also knowledgeable with skills in: arbitrations and negotiations, policy
research and advocacy, public private partnerships, governance and regulatory compliance as well as research and documentation. He has amassed a wealth of valuable experience over a 13-year legal career.
