About Me

Kenneth Mukama Katendeko is an Associate at MNA Advocates and a corporate and commercial practice-leaning lawyer with practical experience in litigation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and transactional advisory. As part of the Firm’s legal advisory team, he supports work in legal research, analysis, drafting and documentation, client service and matter management, and regulatory and transactional execution. He also brings entrepreneurial and client-facing experience from his work as Founder and Legal Consultant at Mukama Katendeko Advisory, where he has advised SMEs and investment clients on commercial agreements, governance frameworks, and legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. Kenneth is recognised for his timeliness, accountability, technical accuracy, and commercially sound approach to legal problem-solving, with particular strength in litigation preparation, legal drafting, registry execution, and professional matter management. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University and is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law Development Centre.
