Rebecca Mutesi is an Associate at MNA Advocates with a strong foundation in legal research, legal writing, drafting, contracts review, and client-focused legal support. Before joining the Firm, she served as a Legal Researcher for Muhumuza, Kateeba and Co. Advocates, where she worked extensively on procurement law decisions of the Procurement Appeals Tribunal; as a Legal Trainee at the Procurement Appeals Tribunal (PPDA Tribunal), where she drafted legal documents, and conducted research. She’s also represented clients in procurement applications; and as a Technical Writer and Editor with Lawpoint Uganda, contributing legal publications and community legal education. Her earlier training also includes work with the Centre for Technology Disputes Resolution – Uganda and Trust Law Chambers, which strengthened her grounding in technology law, commercial law, procurement law, legal drafting, tribunal support, and legal compliance. Rebecca holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre and a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University, and she brings to the Firm a thoughtful, analytical, and highly motivated approach, marked by strong communication, discretion, legal writing ability, and commitment to continuous professional growth.
